It’s that time of the year again, the New Year! And of course that means New Year’s Resolutions!
Did you know an estimated 50% of people fail to follow through with their new year resolution by the second week of January? But don’t let that discourage you – research suggests you’re way more likely to be successful by instead making small manageable changes – like drinking one green smoothie a day! Whether or not you’ve made a New Years resolution, a new year can often be a fresh start and a perfect time to self-reflect on how you want to improve.
Since research suggests that small changes make better New Year’s resolutions, a simple yet effective resolution should be attached to a habit you already have. For example, instead of eating regular food for one of your meals of the day, replace one meal with a green smoothie! 1 cup @dolesunshine pineapple chunks
3/4 cup frozen mango
1 ripe banana
2 handfuls of spinach
1 1/2 cups coconut water
