Now that I’m 34 weeks pregnant I’m preparing for baby girl’s arrival, from setting up her nursery to squeezing in some fun workouts to keep us both healthy. This quick and effective workout is ideal for the third trimester of your pregnancy.

I used a birthing ball to tone and strengthen my muscles in this series of fun exercises that will only take 10 minutes. This total body workout is pregnancy safe and a great way to get comfortable using your birthing ball (a great tool for labor and getting in shape postpartum).
