Green smoothies are perfect for moms and babies who are eating solid foods. They are packed with vitamins, easy to make and keep you both hydrated. Plus, they’re full of fiber and they taste delicious. I’ve collected a couple of my favorite vegan green smoothie recipes for you below.

1. Green Life Magic Smoothie:
The first green smoothie recipe contains fresh or frozen fruits like mango and banana with dinosaur kale. Mango and banana add smoothness, while the strawberries and kale provide a boost of antioxidants.
- 2-3 cups dinosaur kale
- 1 mango
- 1 banana
- 1 handful frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/2 to 1 cup water, as needed
Directions: Blend all the ingredients together until smooth, you can add stevia or protein powder if you like.

2. Happy Digestion Smoothie
This next green smoothie is packed with digestion-enhancing and immune-boosting foods like pineapple, parsley, ginger, avocado, and more. It makes a great afternoon snack.
- 1 heaping cup frozen pineapple chunks (or fresh, if desired)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/4 cup packed fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons avocado
- 1 teaspoon packed freshly grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon probiotic powder, optional
- lemon slice, for garnish
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on the highest speed until super smooth. Tips: Feel free to add a handful of baby spinach. And, adding fresh mint would also give this smoothie a nice digestion boost.

3. FitMomma’s Super Green Smoothie
- 1 cup of almond milk (or non-dairy milk of your choosing)
- 2 cups spinach
- ½ Avocado
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 fresh ripe mango
- handful of frozen mango
- 1 kiwi
- 2 soaked medjool dates
- handful of frozen broccoli
Directions: Blend greens and liquid until smooth, then add avocado. Add remaining ingredients to the blender, blend again until smooth. Enjoy!
